Paly Athletics Registration
All swimmers and divers must register with the Paly Athletics Department. Complete the online registration and upload your physical form prior to attending the first practice. The physical form must be signed by your doctor and is good for one year. If your child played a Fall sport (and completed all of the form), they are set for the spring.
*Both registration and physical form are mandatory per PAUSD.
